The whole process took less than two hours. Barbara was helpful by allowing me to keep my trade-in for three days and then pick up the new vehicle at a convienant time for me. When I picked up the vehicle, Barbara spent at least an hour with my wife and I to teach us how to properly operate the vehicle and educate us on all the new technology on the vehicle.
