I am very pleased to have come across this dealership. Two weeks prior I purchased a new Jeep from another dealership and the sales manager was rude, insulting, and delivered a vehicle that was not what w Two weeks prior I purchased a new Jeep from another dealership and the sales manager was rude, insulting, and delivered a vehicle that was not what was agreed to in the purchase. I began consulting with other dealerships about options to trade the vehicle for one closer to what I was supposed to receive. When I came across a vehicle I was interested in at Gator, I began discussing my options with Barbara Scholten. She was honest and responsive from the beginning and this is what led me to choose to visit Gator first out of several dealerships I had been considering. She understood my situation and worked with me to arrive at the best solution she could offer without applying pressure or some of the more underhanded sales tactics I had been experiencing elsewhere. What I appreciated most was her honesty and open disclosure about my situation and what I would realistically be facing. I did not feel like I was being pressured to enter a deal that would not be in my best interest nor did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. She presented me with the facts, explained the workout in detail, and allowed me to arrive at an informed decision for myself. She was also very personable, accommodating, and quite capable at her job. I very much appreciate being dealt with honestly and I feel she is a true asset to the dealership as a whole. In fact, each person I encountered at this dealership was friendly and I feel like I was treated fairly and respectfully there. I would definitely recommend this dealership and would encourage people to ask for Barbara when they go there. I myself will certainly return to Gator the next time I am in the market for a vehicle. More

We already own a 2006 Grand Vitara and are happy with it but thought we were going to look at two other makes this weekend but were 're-sold' on the product once again (even after I said that I would NEVER own a black car!. P. S. By mid morning today my husband cleaned out my '06,washed and polished it and claimed it as his own. He's parking his van-just couldn't wait to take over my beloved white Suzuki,which still looks and runs like new. Mr. O'Brien was very cognisant of his inventory and even remembered a car that had just come in on a trade (It was the car I eventually bought.) I brought my husband to see the car just as Mr. O'Brien was walking out to his car to leave for the day. (I didn't realize the closing time!) When I asked if it was still possible to show the car he answered, "Anything for you, dear lady." I felt like he really meant that. Finally he even followed me in his own car to my home for the safety deposit box key and then to 2 banks--one for the car title and one for a cashier's check. He said he didn't want me to go to the trouble of having to come back to the dealership (I was driving my new car.) On a scale of 1-5 I give him a 6. More

Fiat dealership of Melbourne is a refreshing change to an industry usually steeped in rip off merchants. I knew what I wanted, I'm an intelligent person and hate to be treated like I'm stupid by overbearing, smarmy sales people. Thankfully, I found the Fiat dealership in Melbourne and their sales team and I was extremely happy with the recently introduced corporate wide No Haggle policy. The salesmen I dealt with Kevin Ferris and Charlie were wonderful; patiently showing me around various models and putting up with my test drives and pickiness for various features I needed. They didn't push anything I didn't want and didn't persuade me to go with any other alternatives. They simply wanted to give me whatever I needed or wanted to make me happy. They made it their mission to find it for me and that they did. I came away with a Fiat Gucci which I fell in love with after recently renting for a weekend. I got a great price and a fair trade in value for my car (I'd done my homework and knew what it was worth). The finance manager MaryAnn was a delight to work with, explaining everything with ease and most importantly honesty. I went for the extended warranty as on any other car I've had, as soon as the manufacturers warranty expired something would inevitably happen to the car. Again, I got a great rate and a good finance package that I am happy with. I would not hesitate to buy from this dealership again and would highly recommend it to others for an honest, good value, hassle free and easy car buying process. Thank you! More
