Justin and the Sales Manager, Mike, were extremely helpful. I walked in ready to buy another vehicle from a dealer next door, I told Justin what I needed, he had a vehicle I liked, and they beat the d helpful. It was very easy, very fast, and Mike offered me a discount on some dealer installed accessories. Couldn't have been more perfect. They new I already was familiar with the vehicle and didn't over-sell. That is a BIG plus to me. I also want to say I appreciate Gator hiring our military as they move back into the workplace. Justin was fresh out of Afghanistan, and we really appreciate his service to our country, and Gator for hiring him. He is a great asset. More

I mentioned the brakes didn't feel right during the test drive but was told the Mustang went through Loved Mike the mechanic and sales Guy Mike!!! I mentioned the brakes didn't feel right during the test drive but was told the Mustang went through a 30 pt inspection. I was right though, the brakes were not good and they were QUICK to correct the problem! The car was clean and great price - better than I expected! It does need serviced though - oil change and such but will have this done on my own. I do not think this car actually went through the 30 days. I actually met the original owner who traded it in over a year ago - was surprised... they recognized it due to the rims they put on. Nothing they said surprised me -the car was in GREAT condition other than brakes... was surprised you all had it this long... I can only imagine as a dealer car maybe. The one thing that DID surprise me was hearing even pre approved and such that they would have sold the car to the people who drove from Orlando if I would have got there later from work. That concerned me since I was there the day before and was APPROVED for it and said I wanted it!! All in all I would strongly recommend you all to anyone!! More

She sold me on the first one and I forgot about the other one. I would rate the overall experiance with Barbara as Great, sales manager Good. I have not had a bad encounter with the Service Department since 1994 and presently would rate the dealership over all Good to Great. However there are times when I felt I was being Ignored. Regardless of what the employee does or his Job Title they all should be trained to recognize customers with a greeting and ask if they are being served. More
I found the truck listed online, stopped in and spoke with Mr Kelly. went for a short test ride and found a engine warning light on He said it would be taken care of at my convience. I went back on my day off and a sensor was replaced in less the 20 minutes and everything is doing fine. I was very happy he kept his word. More
Contacted Barbara Scholten on a Saturday about a 2012 Dodge Caliber.She quoted a very fair price on the vehicle & i filled out an online application for financing.Barbara called back in less than an hour Dodge Caliber.She quoted a very fair price on the vehicle & i filled out an online application for financing.Barbara called back in less than an hour with very acceptable interest rates.The next day i arrived at the dealership & Barbara had the car ready & waiting for a test drive,and during the test drive showed me how to operate all the bells and whistles on the car.We then went into the dealership to go over all the details & sign paperwork.The figures Barbara had quoted over the phone did not change at all which goes to show the honesty & integrity of Barbara & the Dealership.The next step was going into the financial office which is the worst part of the car buying experience for me.Joe Junior is unlike any financial person i have dealt with in the past.No high pressure tactics,just explained the extended warranties offered by Gator Dodge & what the payments would be for each option.(i did select the 5 year 60 month warranty,but was under no pressure to do so.).This was the best car buying experience i have ever had,the relief i felt was like going to the dentist & being told you don't need the root canal after all.Barbara Scholten & Joe Junior were outstanding & Gator Dodge is lucky indeed to have them on their staff. The only negative i could come up with is the fact they would absolutely not throw in the giant stuffed Gator as part of the deal. :) More
