They have ALWAYS made sure they answered and explained any questions I may have and the quality of their work is second to none. Debbie emailed me back within 5 minutes to ask if it was a good time to call. I replied yes and she promptly called. I spoke with her about the truck and where I wanted to get my vehicle loan from. She told me that my credit union was partnered with them and that there shouldn't be a problem. I made an appointment to come see her and the truck for the next day. When I got there, she was waiting patiently for me. We went over the truck, inside and out, and then went for a test drive. Afterwards, we did all my paperwork. Usually, I am very nervous around people I don't know, but when I met Debbie, she was very friendly. I never felt nervous while she was working with me. I've been to other dealers in the past and they tried to put sales pressure on me. I never fekt pressured about anything. She was extremely knowledgeable about any questions I asked. I couldn't have gotten a better sales rep. Thank you so much, Debbie. I love my truck. I appreciate everything. I was directed by Mike Crissy (GEICO) liaison @243-5696, to take my truck to a mechanic of my choice to have my air-conditioning system fixed. I chose to go to the dealer, you. I dropped my truck of at 07 to take my truck to a mechanic of my choice to have my air-conditioning system fixed. I chose to go to the dealer, you. I dropped my truck of at 0745 for a diagnostic check. Mike called me up around 1120 to tell me that GEICO would not cover the repairs and that the air compressor was "short-circuited", and that it would cost me $881.02 to get it fixed. I told him that no I declined the service. He said in a not to friendly voice, "fine, I will close it out and have your car parked in front.". I Had the courtesy shuttle pick me up and take me to gator dodge.. When I arrived there my truck was nowhere in sight. I asked one of the females there as to the where abouts of my truck, she said she did not know. This was at about 1145. She proceeded to look for the paper work and after a few minutes she told me to go sit at the red benches, she obviously had no clue. I waited for about 25 minutes and no sign. I went to the cashier where I asked to see the manager. She said he was at lunch. I asked to see the assistant manager, she said he was at another store. Sounds like there is no one who works here, right? I went back outside and went to the where the girl I talked to was working and saw another employee finally filling out my paperwork. This leads me to believe that I had been lied to by everyone there. Is this how you run your business? If it is I hate to think what all you are doing to all the customers that give you a 5 star rating. In addition I went to sears where they told me that not only is there nothing wrong with the compressor, they had to charge the system cause it had not been previously charged. How can you check the air conditioner when it has not been charged? 5 hours and$84.95for nothing. More
