I would without a doubt say that Eddie was the main contributing factor to my purchase. The price was comparable to other dealers, my previous sales rep was aweful and I was misinformed about the 60K p contributing factor to my purchase. I recently purchased a 2012 Charger SRT8 which is a rather complex and high cost vehicle. As such, I made numerous trips to the dealership to learn about the vehicle, what my trade was worth, financin rather complex and high cost vehicle. As such, I made numerous trips to the dealership to learn about the vehicle, what my trade was worth, financing options, etc. Mr. Eddie Otero was very patient and provided me with all of the information that I needed to make an informed decision. Mr. Otero's relaxed, no pressure, what-can-I-do-for-you demeanor made the buying experience very easy with virtually no stress. He consistently provided me with facts - even the negatives - as opposed to telling me what I needed to hear to close the deal. His honesty and integrity is a credit to not just himself, but also to the dealership as whole. It is also important to note that there were no surprises on the deal. There were no hidden fees and everything was explained to me prior to me making the decision to purchase the vehicle. Obviously I would have preferred that the vehicle cost less, but to the dealer's credit there was no "marketing adjustment" applied to purchase price (like other dealerships do) even though the SRT8 is a specialty vehicle. The next time we need another vehicle, I have every intention of going back to Gator and seeing Eddie. More

Then i find a salesman to help me and i look for one that will listen to what i want not what he or she wants to sell me. Nick proved to be the perfect salesman and was not pushy and urged me to take my time and make sure i got what i wanted. I looked on a monday and was not able to return till a thursday of the same week, but Nick had done his homework and had found a better deal for me both price wise and what i wanted in the vehicle. i wanted simple, plain and basic and i feel i got that. Finance was just as easy and i was treated with respect and every paper i had to sign was explained to me and i also was told that i had some cash coming back to me from the rest of the warranty from the vehicle that i traded in. All in all I had a favorable experience with Gator and maybe that is why i am a repeat customer. Keep up the good work. More
