We searched the Internet for a car to replace our 2004 Grand Marque. When we decided that a Chrysler 300 seemed to be a good candidate and searched dealer inventories for a car that had the options we wan Grand Marque. We read many good reviews for Gator and were pleased that they were one of the dealers with a car that met our requirements and was a color we liked. We contacted Barbara Scholten through the WEB site. She responded quickly and professionally arranging a convenient time for us to see the car. As it turned out we had to wait nearly two months for our money to be transferred so we could purchase the vehicle. She didn't bother us during that period and responded immediately when we contacted her again. Other than the spending of money, it was a very enjoyable experience. If we purchase another vehicle we will contact Barb right away and we recommend her to our friends and family. More

My experience at Gator/Jeep was mostly pleasant. The only way it could have been better was if I could have gotten the price down. Since I have bought the Jeep, I have driven it about 3000mi. Gas mileage a slight bit better than I expected! Steve Mazer, is still providing me excellent service. He answers any questions I still have about operating the vehicle. Based on my experience with the dealership and the employees, I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. I would also like to recognize Steve's partner, but I do not remember his name. The dashboard on the passenger side was sprayed with some stuff that made it shiny, which is impossible to remove. This spray was also on the windshield and very hard to remove there. We first used alcohol - no major success - then my wife came with vinegar - it's better now, but still the windshield is not as it is supposed to be: clear and without streaks. The roof wasn't clean either. This suggests the car wasn't run through the car wash at all. One may think I'm picky or old fashioned, but when I buy a new car I expect it to be spotless. Peter knows what I'm talking about. He actually offered to return the car to detailing, but due to time constraints we had to decline. He then offered to bring in the car later to have taken care of. We appreciate his offer and will get to him later. More
When my wife and I went looking for a new Charger to replace my 2007 SXT, we first went to Napleton in Kissimmee because it's relatively close and I sometimes have service done there. The people were nice but I didn't like the dealers charges which included a life time power train warranty. Since we typically trade cars every six or seven years, we would be paying a lot of money to extend the factory warranty a year or two. Then we went to Central Chrysler in Orlando (where we had purchased our last two cars) to find out that what we wanted wasn't available so we would have to order a car but the person who did the ordering wasn't there and we wouldn't be getting anything off the price of a '13 model car. That night I did some more research on the computer and saw that Gator Chrysler appeared to be ready to make some good deals. The next day we made the drive to Melbourne and were greeted by Peter Seemadray. Peter was very helpful but after checking, he also told us that there just weren't any '12 or '13 Chargers available equipped with what we wanted or the colors we could live with. Then Peter showed us some Challangers as an alternative and even gave me a test ride in an "old man Chrysler 300" (my words, not his) to give me even more to think about. The option of ordering a new Charger was also discussed. After an evening of more research and discussion with my wife, we decided to place an order for a '13 Charger SXT Plus. That way we would get the right color and equipment. Another ride to Melbourne and in short order Mike Brown had the car ordered and priced with a nice, no hassle, $1500 discount. My wife and I drove back to Saint Cloud to await the delivery of the new car with the feeling that we had purchased the right car at a good price. During the build and deliver wait I called over to Gator a couple of times and was helped by Mike Fullhart who found a front license plate bracket for the old Charger which was going to a Grandson in New Jersey and needed a front bracket. The new car was delivered in five weeks and we picked it up four days ago. Again, the people at Gator did a great job by making the paperwork almost painless. I love the look and feel of the car and am sure that when I learn most of the new bells and whistles I'll love it even more. More
We came into the store two different times. The first was looking at a jeep and the second looking at a 200. We test drove a bunch of vehicles and Clint was nothing but helpful. Clint was helpful every time and after many hours on the second visit we finally purchased the 200. Clint was very professional and very unassuming as he slowly danced us towards a decision. The whole process and details of the purchase were handled very professionally. Every effort was made to make the deal good for me and consequently I drove away in a new 2013 Fiat 500T I was introduced to all the main people in each department that I may need in the future such as the service manager, that made me feel part of a new family. I did not come with the car I intended to trade in as I was not sure if the Fiat would be right for me......this was quickly changed and Gator Fiat sent an employee to collect my trade in a hour and a half drive away. This is service! I will be returning to the Gator Dealerships for my future car needs.....Thank you! More
