We had stopped just to see the Fiat 500 and did nit expect to buy that day . Everything went well. Did not feel pressured and was kept informed on everything. Chuck was kind enough to go out of his way to pick up my son from school to bring him back to the dealership so he coul kept informed on everything. I came into Gator Dodge after spending my morning at 2 other dealerships close by. I had a difficult scenario due to the fact that I was needing to trade in my personal vehicle and lease a truck for my bu other dealerships close by. I had a difficult scenario due to the fact that I was needing to trade in my personal vehicle and lease a truck for my business. I was discouraged before walking in since the other 2 dealerships were not optimistic i could be helped and showed little interest in making it happen due to the amount of effort needed with not a lot of reward in it for them. I owed way more than my car was worth and it was going to take a determined effort to get it done. After pulling in I was immediately greeted by Jim Sadowski, who took the time to listen to what i needed to accomplish. He had a great attitude and was confident that they could help. We looked at a few trucks and then after selecting one, moved inside to begin the financing. The sales manager, Mike Brown, got involved right away. He made sure he understood my situation then sat down with his finance department to make sure they could get it done. Joe Kelly Jr. worked hard to make sure the terms where what i needed and expedited the situation from there. From top to bottom they all worked together to make this deal happen. I was amazed at the team effort and would recommend them to any one. They have earned my future business. More

It seemed as if the entire Gator store was helping me out today. I had Chuck showing me around to cars, taking me on test drives, go get me several cars from the other dealership and meet me to fill up my ga today. I believe that he went above and beyond his duties and am thoroughly impressed with his amicability and knowledge, on top of his personal skills. Charlie the GM was also very helpful and spend time educating me on credit scores, carFax reports and what to look for in a used car in the future. MarryAnne was also very friendly and although I had to wait an hour and a half to see her she was very thorough, sweet and pleasant to work with! I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience! More
