This is the second car I have bought at Gator, the 2007 Charger I traded I bought from them. I got a good deal then and a great deal on my new 2013 Charger. I looked on line and they had 3 Chargers I was interested in. I called and talked to the Sales Manager Mike Fullhart and within a few seconds he confirmed that the 3 were there. That was important because Gator is about 2 and a half hours from where we live. I have always been willing to travel to find the best deal. When we got there the very friendly Clint Bowen introduced himself and said Mike sent him out take care of us. we looked at a white, red and black Charger and after deciding on the black one we went in and negotiated the deal they gave me top dollar for my trade and got down to where I wanted to be on price. They never tried to do any of the usual dealer tricks. Just straight forward friendly negotiations done fast and fair. Stephanie in finance was also very nice and informative and explained every detail about our deal. When I left I told Mike and Clint I will see you in 3 years and I meant it they will get first shot when I get my next car. More
We received a pre-approval offer in the mail from our Capital One credit company. My husband and I came to Gator to see what was available in a used car. We were told to ask for Mike Brown, he was availa Capital One credit company. My husband and I came to Gator to see what was available in a used car. We were told to ask for Mike Brown, he was available and sent us to Bill Kaye. The service was prompt. I explained the type of car I was interested in and Bill seemed to know what you had and what he thought I'd like.He showed us 2 Ford Fusions and a 300. I drove the 2007 Chrysler 300 and my husband went with me. We liked the tight feeling of the car and I liked the way it handled. We came back to discuss price. Bill Kaye answered all our questions and took time with us. We asked for and received the car fax. We never felt rushed. We bought the car, much to our surprise, then and there. Bill K. helped us move our "stuff" from my old car to the new one even in the windy, cold weather. Two days later, I still love the car. Louise Muffly More

I came to Gator Chrysler after seeing this vehicle advertised for sale by the internet sales dept. After calling and asking when I could look at it I went to the showroom and asked to see Mike the ma advertised for sale by the internet sales dept. After calling and asking when I could look at it I went to the showroom and asked to see Mike the manager. He was helpful yet after a bit could not find the keys to the truck that I had come to look at. He excused himself and in a few minutes returned with Eddie Otero. So this is the guy I will be dealing with! Short Puerto Rican man with a New York accent! Well, lets see how this goes. Eddie introduces himself and without missing a beat tells me to follow him and that the vehicle is out back. "Out back" apparently means at this point that it is in the "Body Shop". Imagine my surprise! Only a few hours ago it was advertised for sale and ready to go on the internet. Lesson to be learned is "Don't believe everything you read and see on the internet." Good lesson, I digress. Anyway, I look at Eddie and without missing a beat he starts to reassure me that everything will be okay. And that he is sorry because he can tell from my comment, about me not wanting to be in his shoes at that moment with my pants around my ankles and a vehicle that I am about to show to a potential customer at that moment, being in the body shop not being a position that I would not enjoy. He then had his work cut out for himself. I would hope that he has thanked the person or persons respossible for putting him in that position. I digress further. Anyway back to Eddie the short Puerto Rican man with a large hulking and somewhat irritated potential customer with the look of "What the f___>," on my face, both of us hiking to the body shop to view the truck in question. We arrived at the body shop and true to his word the truck was there..Hey,we could be on a roll here. Body shop guy's are doing their body shop thing. To the vehicle in question. Eddie is explaing. And explaining some more about how this situation has come about. You know the old why we are standing there in that point in time with puzzled looks on both of our faces. Eddie recovers much quicker than myself and pulls me back from the brink of saying something like "Hey thanks for your time and for wasting mine getting me down here to look at a truck that isn't even ready to be put on the lot for sale and I gotta go." I digress. The two of us hit the ball back and forth into each others court for several minutes and then come to the agreement that I am still interested even though I can't test drive it for a couple of days. That's life. No big deal. And the reason it was no big deal is that Mr. Eddie Otero didn't stand there and give me a line of BS and told me he would do his best to make it work out for both of us. It was refreshing to deal with someone who wasn't just talking to hear himself talk and to fill the quiet with noise. Eddie Otero is one of your businesses greatest assets and it's because he was forthcoming and honest that I didn't walk away from there when I looked at the truck in the body shop. Because of him, I would gladly recommend Gator Chrysler to friends and family that are looking for a new or used vehicle in the future. By the way. The guys in the body shop did a good job of making it all work out in the end also. Please thank them for me. I know time is what tells when it comes to good body work but to me it seems they cared about what they werer doing also. They took time from the looks of things and did a nice repair. So in closing all I can say is this. Thanks Eddie! God Bless you and yours! Sincerrely, Terry Stubblefield More
