I had my daughter (college student) call to ask about a $159 lease promo she read about online. I told her if she can find one that I would get that for her graduation present. She called Boniface-Heirs in $159 lease promo she read about online. I told her if she can find one that I would get that for her graduation present. She called Boniface-Heirs in Merritt Island and they told her the best they could do was $3k down and $333/month plus tax. She was very let down and almost gave up thinking all of those promo's are never what you get when you go to the dealer. Happily to say, we were proven wrong by Gator. They told her over the phone that they definitely have cars available at that deal. We drove down, she looked through a very good assortment of Dodge Darts, found one she liked at the promo price. We ended up leaving with a great experience and a very happy and well deserved college graduate. Thanks Eddie!! More
I purchased a Dodge Ram from that Dealer in the past and came back to get a bigger truck with Diesel engine . Barbara from Internet sales was taking care of me. She showed me longhorn edition which is the most expensive one. When I asked if she have different colors - she said no. I checked on line on their web site and they have another one available for $43000 But different version ( not Longhorn but tradesman with same Engine which would do the job but without all those pricey upgrades) She said no this is a top of the line and it comes with everything possibly you can get! I asked her where is the sunroof then? O! This one Doesn't have it. Nobody's ordering it she explained.... This truck had a shifter by the steering wheel ( old style) and I saw in commercials new knob for gear shift. I asked about that. She answered : that's only for 8 gear transmission. ( well - I thought this is a top of the line....) I guess it was top of the line for Barbara so she can sell me what she wants - not what I want... I took it for a test drive with her. She was on the phone with other customer during all test drive instead of telling me about a truck. Not really what you expect when you are considering a purchase of $65.000 truck. Ride was stiff and car had no pick up comparing to V8 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie that I tested a year before. 1500 had much smoother ride So I share that info with her. Now she no longer was so excited and friendly as much when we initially started a test drive. I asked her what is a towing capacity of this vehicle. She said 9100 lbs. I said so what's the point for me to exchange it if it does have the same Towing capacity like my current Dodge Ram 1500 Express with HEMI? She said she needs to check. She checked and it was 17000 lbs. She was trying to sell me a vehicle that she did not know what is the towing Capacity. I asked what is mileage per gallon - she said she don't know and she can't tell me. It is Diesel and they do not disclose that. I found out that this is a truth! On window sticker it says Fuel Economy - N/A. That was something I could not understand and played big Role in making later my decision to buy or not to buy also. But what threw me off the most is when she took me to her desk and estimated my trade in values. Of course she wants me to take A $4000.00 loss on my truck so I declined the offer. I told her - I don't even like the truck. I was looking to get a bigger truck so I can tow heavier stuff and wanted Diesel Engine so I can save Money on fuel. But ride was horrible and I even can't get an answer or idea what fuel economy I can expect. What's the point then to pay 4 times more for a truck that I already have and towing capacity is pretty good anyway? Of course she went to "talk to her Manager" ( typical sales games). Now they are ok to pay me $3000.00 more For my truck. It was that easy? I noticed that I no longer dealing with honest people so I declined the offer anyway. She said - so what is your offer? I said I have no offer for you because I don't even like this truck plus you can't tell me what is Fuel economy on this vehicle. Now she stand up from her desk and she said: OK so we are done and wave her hand at me kind of like " go to xxxx then" and walk away from Her desk leaving me there alone. I just walk out disappointed completely. Thanks Barbara! What a treatment.... I sure will remember that and never go back to that dealer again. Matt More

I felt as though I got a good deal on the vehicle. I had hoped to get lifetime oil changes for the vehicle (2 a year for the life of the vehicle) which is what 2 other dealers were offering on cars that we were also interested in. That would have changed my good rating to a great rating regarding the price. Other than that, I was pleased with everything, overall. More

Jim opened up and showed me 3 or 4 vans until I was able to find the van that met all my wants/needs. I was able to quickly and easily purchase the van with a SCCU loan. Jim offered to follow me home wit to find the van that met all my wants/needs. I was able to quickly and easily purchase the van with a SCCU loan. Jim offered to follow me home with the new van so I could also get my truck home. Jim also kindly showed me all the features on the van. I was also able to get a real license plate/tag on my van instead of a temporary one. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you. More
Chris was an excellent sales man. On top of it and very willing to work with me any time over the phone. Very pleasant,, eddie and Stephanie were very helpful thru the whole process. Took very little time for transaction.
