Ron was a great help in getting our car! Service is terrible. They have had my car longer than I've owned it. I keep getting pushed back on a warranty repair! I get no call backs on progress and no definite date or time when it will be finished. A 15 hour job has taken more than a week at this point. For this reason, I could not recommend this dealership to anyone. The sales staff is great, but if service can't keep up why buy there? Sorry UPDATE: 5/7/2013 Got a call this afternoon and the car was ready! While the warranty repair was completed, they also found the rear brakes needed replacing. The dealership took care of this at no charge to me for the inconvenience. I would have to reconsider my recommendation and say they went above and beyond! More
I returned to Gator dealer after buying a car previously from Rich, he met me on time, he was prompt, (it was his day off) to show me a car I saw on the lot. I messed up I guess by telling what I wanted my payments to be and they cranked the price up without me knowing, by hiding in the back room saying their on the phone with the bank saying numbers back and forth and ended up nabing my car by saying it would lower my payment "didnt tell me they where giving 500 bucks. lots of this could have been prevented if I knew more about what was going on. Maybe this info can help someone else from getting ripped off. More

Chris Browne was our salesperson. He was friendly, honest, and efficient. Everyone there was friendly, cooperative, and helpful. We got a fair price on the vehicle we wanted, and we received a fair and reasonable offer on our trade. Quite honestly, this was our best in-showroom new vehicle purchase ever. They didn’t try to work us over, the numbers on the paperwork matched exactly what was agreed to verbally. They did not try to slip anything in, they didn’t push a bunch of dealer profit items on us, the vehicle wasn’t loaded with a bunch of fluff we didn’t want, they didn’t try to push their financing on us (just the opposite actually—the finance gal asked what our rate was, and didn’t push back when we said we wanted to stick with our own financing). Overall it was actually a good experience. Gator’s going to be our first stop next time we’re in the market for a vehicle. More
