This is our third car purchase over a 7 year period (with "poor", "decent" and "great credit" respectively), and as the previous times, the experience has always exceeded our expectations. Their no-haggle price was nicely below black book retail (good info to know because some banks- like USAA- use that to determine car LTV) and the salesman was so nice and truly genuine you'd think you were in church. The finance guy has been there foreeeever now and he's pretty awesome to work with too. No pressure on any front and even the lot attendant was friendly. I will always do my research on vehicles, but I will always give this dealer the opportunity to earn my repeat business. More
