I had done my homework, so am confident in this assessment. In addition to Chris, this whole process was surprisingly good. Chris and the Finance Manager provided a loan rate BELOW the lowest rate I was armed with. The process was simple, direct and fast. I chose the car at noon, came back after work just before they closed, and drove the car home that night--completely unexpected! And I couldn't be happier with the car and the price I paid. I was just stopping by to look! I had 5 more months on my lease! Justin came up and ask if he could help and show me some Chrysler products. Where should I start? About 3 or 4 weeks ago, my wife and I went to Gator to take a peek at new 2013 Rams. We were approached by a very friendly gentleman named Chris Hill. We test drove an Outdoorsman which I went to Gator to take a peek at new 2013 Rams. We were approached by a very friendly gentleman named Chris Hill. We test drove an Outdoorsman which we both loved but unfortunately we weren't able to afford. Chris made a few suggestions and we told him we would get back to him when we made a decision. During that period, we made numerous phone calls to Chris, all of which he was very helpful, courteous, and patient as we made our purchase decision. We gave Chris a call on 5/26 to let him know he made up our minds.....finally and we all were very excited and gave it a few laughs. Now, it's May 30th, and we drove to Gator and Chris greeted us as soon as we got into the parking lot. He had already pulled up the vehicle that we liked but unfortunately, we were not a fan of the Ram Box. He was very understanding so we all walked together around the lot where my wife and I finally found a vehicle. We went in, drew up the paperwork, did the financing, Chris took the truck to get it detailed and gassed up, congratulated us on our purchase and the wife and I drove off in our new Red Hemi. =) All in all, to make it short and sweet; Chris is a very kind, courteous gentleman who was very patient with us and gave us the time we needed to find something we loved.
