I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I HAD BEEN GIVEN AN INSTANT TRADE OFFER THRU AUTOTRADER THAT I THOUGHT WAS AN INSULT AND SENT HIM A GENERAL LIST OF THE FEATURES OF MY 2005 SILVERADO 2500HD TO RECEIVE A SIGHT UNSEEN VALUE FOR MY TRADE IN. I WAS TOLD THAT THE VALUE GIVEN COULD GO UP OR DOWN DEPENDING UPON A VALUE DETERMINED IN A PERSONAL VISIT. THIS VALUE WAS $600.00 GREATOR THAN AUTOTRADERS'. I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR A TITAN FOR A NUMBER OF MONTHS ON THE INTERNET AND THIS GATOR DEALERSHIP HAD SEVERAL POSSIBILITIES WITHIN MY PRICE RANGE AND SINCE MY WIFE AND I ARE RETIRED, OUR RESOURCES WERE NOT ENDLESS!! IT SHOULD ALSO BE NOTED THAT MR SHUMINSKY ASSURED ME THAT THEY WOULD GIVE ME A FAIR ASSESMENT SINCE I HAD TO TRAVEL FROM DELTONA FL. TO MELBOURNE, A DISTANCE OF 100 PLUS MILES. THERE WERE DEALERS MUCH CLOSER TO ME BUT THEIR PRICES AND SELECTION LEFT MUCH TO BE DESIRED. UPON ARRIVING AT THE GATOR DEALERSHIP I WAS WARMLY GREATED BY AN EMPLOYEE BEFORE I HAD GOTTEN OUT OF MY TRUCK, WHO ASKED WHO I WAS LOOKING FOR AND DELIVERED ME TO MR. SHUMINSKY. AFTER A SHORT TEST DRIVE IN THE VEHICLE OF MY CHOICE, I WAS INTRODUCED TO THE GENTLEMAN WHO WOULD BE DETERMINING MY TRADE VALUE WHICH WAS APPROX $1100.00 MORE THAN I EXPECTED. TURNS OUT MY TRUCK CHOICE WAS THE APPRAISERS BUSINESS TRANSPORTATION. OF ALL THE YEARS OF BUYING AND TRADING VEHICLES, ( I AM 71 YEARS OLD) , AND DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 650,000 MILES FOR WORK, THIS HAS BEEN BY FAR THE BEST VEHICLE BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!! THANKS TO NICOLAS AND ALL THE GREAT PEOPLE I DEALT WITH AT THIS DEALERSHIP. THIS WILL PROBABLY BE MY LAST TRUCK BUT IF I DECIDE TO PURCHASE AGAIN, IT WILL BE AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
