I live in Lake Mary which is a one and a half hour drive from this dealership so I was very hesitant to make the trip without knowing if I was going to be able to make a deal. I spoke with Jeff and he was totally honest with me on the phone and convinced me that it would be worth my while to make the drive. The car I went to look at was exactly as described and Jeff was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was able to purchase the vehicle, they treated me right on my trade, got me excellent financing and did all of those things in a very friendly and hassle free way. Maryann worked very hard on hour behalf and got us a great financing deal, also with a big smile. I would go as far as to say that this is probably the best car buying experience I've ever had and I've been buying cars for 40 years. Thank you Jeff for your honesty and thank you Maryann for all your help. This is a great dealership and I will make the drive in the future to do business with them again. More

When I pulled in, Eddie met me and introduced himself. He asked how he could help and I explained my situation. When we talked about the financing, he was up front with the fact that not all the rebates were available to me and explained why. I told him what I needed to complete the sales and he got it for me. I was apprehensive at first but I felt no pressure from Eddie to take the offer. It is nice to work with a sales person that is helpful but not to pushy. I felt comfortable with Eddie and believe him to be competent, honest and a customer advocate. When I accepted the deal, he handed me off to Stephanie in Finance. This young lady was so friendly and helpful. When I questioned her on what things were, she explained them to me without hesitation or resentment. Her attitude was friendly and positive throughout the process. She even went through and highlighted all the places my wife needed to sign since she was unable to come in. Then to top it all off, Stephanie packed up the forms and Eddie followed me to my home to get the proper signatures. I was truly satisfied with the experience from start to finish. I was greeted by Les before I even hit the doors. I was a little apprehensive due to the fact I know how "car salesman" are supposed to be; Les was different. I actually felt as though he wanted to get me in little apprehensive due to the fact I know how "car salesman" are supposed to be; Les was different. I actually felt as though he wanted to get me in the car I wanted, not just trying to make a sale. Price wasn't the first thing he was interested in. He worked VERY hard to meet my needs as a customer...and then later to find out, a fellow Christian. I don't like dealing with people too much because they seem fake. I was so nervous about making this purchase; it was the first one I had to do alone...no wife...no family to make decisions for me. I actually said a prayer before I left my crappy apartment. So, I believe it was meant for me to use Gator as my dealership and to have Les as a salesman. He made sure I got something for my trade....which was on it's last leg. It was good to me, that Mitsubishi Endeavour. 155K miles. Paperwork took a little longer than I had hoped but, I suppose that is the way it is. I was approved for what I had asked Capital One Auto Finance to allow me to finance. 24K. I was disheartened to hear the out-the-door price was close to 3000 more than I had to spend. As I was about to leave, Les was able to negotiate a deal so that I could keep the car within the means I had. Faith restored! Other than a few cosmetic damages I saw the next day, in the sun, the car is great and your sales guy....AWESOME!! More
