I recently had some detailing work performed as part of a Xzillon contract that I had purchased back in 2018 when I bought my car. When I came for my appointment I was greeted by Joe Kostecki (my original 2 Xzillon contract that I had purchased back in 2018 when I bought my car. When I came for my appointment I was greeted by Joe Kostecki (my original 2018 salesperson) who went over with me what I needed done and he then brought the car to the Detailing Department and brought the car back to me after it was completed. However the story does not stop there. Whenever I come to the dealership I stop by to say hello to Joe Kostecki. He always has time for me and answers any questions I may have. On this visit after he had the car washed he was even drying it off while making sure the work I needed was done successfully. That is true Customer Service. By developing this relationship I know the Dealership and Salesman I will be using for my next car purchase. Kudos to West Virginia Joe who is always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and always displays true Customer Focus which goes a long way on building a customer relationship!! Thanks, Tony Terracciano. He has been great to work with every time I have been in with my car. Very friendly, helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done and at minimal cast. Shane is a true professional and a credit to Gateway and Subaru Motors. The team he has behind him are fantastic as well. The work is always done well and in a timely manner. Usually out of there sooner than I expected. Thanks for all of the help and great work. You never want to bring your car in for service but with the service department at Gateway it's a whole lot easier. More

Excellent Customer Service I came in today to have an aftermarket key cut and programmed for my 2016 Subaru Outback. What a positive experience with a friendly, courteous, knowledgeable group of people. The the service representative and the technician were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. My car was returned to me promptly, clean and organized even better than when I brought it in. Overall, the visit was pleasant, productive and I am totally pleased and impressed. And, I like the coffee. More

I am in the vehicle service industry and frequent many shops and talk with lots of people and needless to say m What a relief, A little about myself. I am in the vehicle service industry and frequent many shops and talk with lots of people and needless to say my Subaru Out Back is 100% crucial to my work. Although I would normally take my vehicle to Gateway Subaru I thought I would try a place closer to my home as it seemed to be a normal shop and save me some drive time. What a huge mistake, My car was rendered unusable once they were done with what should have been a simple repair. I contacted Kris Parker, service manager at Gateway Subaru service department. At that point Kris and his staff were on it. We went over a couple repair options. My car was completed in timely manner and at a cost effective price. Yes, I'm that guy that's really likes his car and everything about what the Out back offers. Thank you again Kris and to you staff, Keri and Shane. That Thanks also goes out to all the friendly mechanic and sales staff who didn't mind answering any of my questions. Have a great everybody. Brian Alley. More
