We were at Gateway Subaru for routine maintenance, which was completed very efficiently.While there, I asked Joe Kostecki if he could explain some of the features on my 2023 Subaru Forester, since I was ne was completed very efficiently.While there, I asked Joe Kostecki if he could explain some of the features on my 2023 Subaru Forester, since I was never extended that courtesy at the Subaru dealer in Dover,Delaware ,where I had purchased the vehicle.😟 Knowing that his assistance did NOT involve the possibility of a sale, Joe explained fully all the features of my vehicle, and had me “practice” using each until I felt comfortable. He was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I felt like I was leaving with a NEW car after his instructions !!! A concerned salesperson like Joe ,I feel ,are the “exception” in customer service, and I intend to highly recommend him and the client oriented atmosphere at Gateway Subaru for ALL our services and purchases.
