Just bought a new Forester off of Crystal. We some issues finding one equipped the way I wanted in stock but Andrew and Crystal went above and beyond searching one out for me. I ended up with the car I wanted at a great price with none of the usual car dealer games. I would also like to thank Sam for letting me look at her personal car as they didn't have a stick shift Forester in stock but she had just bought one. Brian handled the financing and doc signing and was pleasant and straightforward as well. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Kyle was really pleasant to deal with. He is not your typical "Used Car Salesman". I ask his opinion on another car I was looking at, and he actually went the extra mile to dig up some info on the car, typical "Used Car Salesman". I have to say 1st I hate shopping for cars. I feel like the sales people aren't friendly and very pushy, so I wasn't thrilled to go there. Kyle very quickly changed my outlook on dealers! I went to Gateway to look at a Nissan and he was very informative & helpful. I test drove it & loved it. He definitely felt like a friend I was dealing with not a dealer. We decided to take our time making sure I bought what I truly wanted not an impulse buy. The next day I was recommended to look at a couple different cars because of the safety rating. They knew I was looking for a car specifically for my 6 & 1 year old nieces. At first I thought they were just trying to get me to buy a Subaru. Wendy, Crystal, Brian & Kyle all have a Subaru. I was impressed that so many of them drive them and the way they talked about them I knew they really liked the cars. So I tried a Legacy and now I have bought my very 1st Subaru and it will definitely not be the last. They made me feel so comfortable that I had to bring my nieces and bff to meet everyone. It was just a family atmosphere!!!! I will definitely go back to them. If you are looking for people who like what they do and really care about what someone needs in a vehicle they are the place to go! Thanks guys so much!!!!!!! This was my first trade for a "used" vehicle, I have always purchased new in the past. This dealership with Kyle and Brian were very fair in dealing with me. Kyle was wonderful. Most dealerships I went to had staff that was pushy or really trying to make a sale. Kyle was the exact opposite. He listed the facts of the vehicles without coming off as if there was s that was pushy or really trying to make a sale. Kyle was the exact opposite. He gave us a great car buying experience. He also really believes in the Subaru brand. Most of the dealers there actually own Subaru's and could tell me about their experience with it.
