I made use of an internet price guarantee, first contact from Towne was with Emma confirming the price quote and asking for more details about trim and color of the car, this all took place via email and within an hour. Emma then immediately followed up with a call giving a more personal service, she set up a time for a test drive and to come in and purchase the car. The dealership is huge, with a massive inventory of Kia cars. The inside of the showroom is modern, very clean, with lots of Kias and as my wife said “just as a dealership should look like”, we met with Emma who directed us to Frank Onerato he turned out to be an extremely friendly, polite and honest sales guy. Both during the test drive and afterwards at the actual sale Frank was very professional and attentive. Not only did Towne without discussion stick to the first internet price quoted but they found additional incentives getting me an even better deal on a brand new car. In addition Towne also gave me a very good trade value for my old car. During the whole process there was never any rush, there was time to talk and clarify all areas. Overall the new car buying experience with Towne Kia was as good as it gets, my wife and I left happy! I highly recommend this dealer, especially if you want honest and attentive service. More

WOW, I've never bought a new car in my life because I usually hate car dealers! BUT my experience at this dealer was incredible. I never felt pressured and knew how much the car was worth REALLY!, and I usually hate car dealers! BUT my experience at this dealer was incredible. I had been looking for a new SUV for the past year. I had test drove Various Dodge, Chrysler and Cadillac vechicles which were OK. I then decided to test drive a Kia Sorento. I was greeted by salesman H had test drove Various Dodge, Chrysler and Cadillac vechicles which were OK. I then decided to test drive a Kia Sorento. I was greeted by salesman Hussain Ghamlouch. He asked me what vechicle I was interested in and proceeded to familiarize himself with what options I wanted inside the SUV. Overall, from the test drive stage, to negotiating a trade in price for my truck, to working out the financing, I was impressed with how helpful, kind and professional all of the staff was toward us during this process. After I purchased the car I experienced a minor electrical problem that was immediately taken care of by their more than kind and knowledgeable service departmaent as was a loaner car provided for us until the problem was easily corrected within a few hours. After posting a negative review, and contacting everyone possible, to make this unfortunate experience known to everyone, I received correspondence from Mr Solomon Faizi! I am not even sure of Mr Faizi's title, but, not only did he rectify the situation, he "unruffled" my very "ruffled" feathers! Mr Solomon Fiazi restored my faith that all of the "Towne" Auto Dealerships put their customers first. As angry I was with my first encounter, I have to admit that I am now aware that the "e" in Towne... certainly stands for "E"XTRA! Thank you Mr Solomon Faizi for your professionalism and ability.... I have purchased and leased over a dozen cars and SUV'S and have never received such run of the mill dealer bull, as Ive experienced at this dealer. I went in on a nice day this month,June/2011 to lease a 2012 optima turbo. After doing the test drive I was in love with it. After that it was just a waste of time of them entertaining themselves at my expense By putting inexperienced salesmen on the floor while the experienced ones hide in offices dictating over the top lease rates until their smarter customers walk out the door and the dumber ones stay. And I'm glad I was the one who walked. I was quoted a lease rate of 500 a month for a $29,000 automobile. While I argued the point I can walk across the street and lease an infinity for their advertised rate of 269.00. I got a shoulder shrug from my inexperienced salesman. Then I argued the fact that all luxury brands including Mercedes were advertising leases lower than theirs, I received more shoulder shrugs and was told there wasn't anything he could do but put me in a base model. So my next stop was Prestige Volvo. where it took me 20 minutes to lease my new 35,000 dollar Volvo s60 for 125 dollars a month less. And must I say its a Volvo, not a Kia.(enough said) More

It was by far the BEST new car buying experience I've had to date. They gave us the best possible price with no hassle or haggling and the best finance option. Although it was a heavy traffic day, due to t to date. They gave us the best possible price with no hassle or haggling and the best finance option. Although it was a heavy traffic day, due to the holiday weekend/sales, they still gave us their undivided attention, thought, and care. I would highly recommend Towne Kia to others. Jamaal Ford, our sales representative and Tom (the finance guy) were excellent--explained everything, were courteous, asked us many times if we needed anything while we were waiting...truly felt like valued customers. They are trying to sell a car with MSRP price with very bad attitude. The salesperson was ok. But the manager laughed very loud on the price we got from truecar.com while their market campaign says they wi bad attitude. The salesperson was ok. Bought a 2011 Optima 4-20-2011. I was impressed with Frank my sales person and Orlando the manager.No high pressure.
