Liars Long story short, I have a problem with my aftermarket alarm remote. Mark, the Service Advisor, I had to deal with offered no resolutions for me at a Long story short, I have a problem with my aftermarket alarm remote. Mark, the Service Advisor, I had to deal with offered no resolutions for me at all. He couldn't care less. I had to ask to have my car battery checked. It turns out my battery needed to be replaced. He still couldn't tell me if that was the issue with my alarm remote not working. So I have been using my factory alarm since. He lies to me and tells me he can't reach the alarm guy to ask if the car battery was the problem. But it's funny how he can reach him to tell me that Steve (the alarm installer) does not allow Gateway Kia customers to call him anymore. Mark is the worst Service Advisor I've ever had to deal with. What happened to the other nicer and friendly guys who used to work there??? I will not be trading my car in at this dealership later this year as I planned to. I don't appreciate how I've been treated and lied to. More
Worst service experience ever Gateway Kia of Warrington has the worst service department I've ever experienced. Don (service advisor) and Frank (service and parts director) are not Gateway Kia of Warrington has the worst service department I've ever experienced. Don (service advisor) and Frank (service and parts director) are not friendly or helpful. On several occasions I was charged for fixing a problem that didn't needed to be fixed. When I questioned the work I was met with increased rudeness and disrespect. I feel as though this service department is dishonest and most certainly doesn't care about their customers. As a side note, I did purchase my vehicle here but will never use them for anything again. More

I bought it as a certified used vehicle, and now my starter went in a car that has less than 70,000 miles. I have had many vehicles, never had a starter go in a vehicle with less than 150,000. Now I have to put out almost $500 for a starter. because it's not covered under warranty. I went against my better judgment and bought a Kia, I really hope this is the only issue with it. More
