Decided to try Gateway for service after using a different dealership previously. That was a mistake. Nothing about my service would make me want to go back. After one employee thought it was ok to different dealership previously. That was a mistake. Nothing about my service would make me want to go back. After one employee thought it was ok to leave their trash in my vehicle it makes me wonder whether or not the maintenance was even completed correctly. I reviewed them on another site and the Service director did follow up with a phone call. He left a message wanting to know what happened. Because I missed his call I ended up texting him back and included pictures of the trash left behind. After seeing the pictures, he apparently didnt think it was concerning enough to follow up again. Maybe this is just what you should expect from this dealership, I dont know. Wouldnt go back regardless. More

My car was taken in at the time of the appointment, the warranty recall was addressed, and Zac kept me informed on when my car would be finished while I was in the waiting area.
