First. A appointment to have my truck sit over five days before you can look at it. Second. $180 to just look at my AC. Another $160 to hook hoses up and check levels. Mine had to be blead and none added. $340 just to have you lower my Freon level. I think this process should be included with the first charge and any extra would be the cost of Freon if added. Will look elsewhere for next service. More

I drop off my car first thing Monday morning and don’t get back until after service closed on Tuesday night. They could not fix my brand new 2023 Chevy equinox. When the car was two months old, it started showing signs that the entertainment screen is screwed up but apparently none of the engineers know how to fix it yet. Communication the first day it was absolutely horrible, they had the whole day to tell me that no one there can fix it. But I did not get a call until they close at 5 PM asking if they could have it another day. And then requested a rental car because I have a job like everybody else but of course, there is not a car available. They then keep it all day Tuesday and this day they are a little bit better about communicating. I will say that whenever I call there and I always had to wait a few hours for my service advisor to call me back which was quite frustrating. First day it took her five hours. Here is the cherry on top. I had just ceramic coated my vehicle shortly after I purchased it in March, and anyone who knows anything about car detailing knows that drive-through car washes. It’s not good on paint, especially those with ceramic coating. I expressed to her that I did not want the car driven through the car wash because I do not want to screw up the $200 ceramic coat. The car was practically clean when I dropped it off just a little bit dusty. I get the car home later that night and next day I see that it had been driven through the car wash as I see a couple of minor scratches and the back end had hard water spots and drip lines that had not been dried. not only did they not do their job and fixing the issue on a brand new vehicle and providing me another mode of, transportation while they did it, they did the one thing I explicitly requested they not do. More
