I took my vehicle in for service and the follow through was horrible. Tried calling since no one would call me back and placed on hold for several minutes. I dropped my car off and they kept my card for 2 days and told me they couldn’t figure out what’s wrong with it. They wanted to keep it over the weekend and still had no progress. Everytime I would call TIM told me they couldn’t figure out what’s wrong with it. They wanted to keep it over the weekend and still had no progress. Everytime I would call TIM he had answers for me.
