Horrible experience the service director was no where near professional and not even trying to make things right on their part only offering to have another technician look at it after I complained about near professional and not even trying to make things right on their part only offering to have another technician look at it after I complained about how this was robbery since my suburban had the same issues as the first time I took it in to be fixed a year n half ago. He said it wasn’t but I explained how it was having the same issues but he kept denying it, which im sure to make sure the dealership didn’t have to honor the 2 year warranty of the first “fix”. Horrible and worst experience getting my vehicle serviced there, I will NEVER take my vehicle there again! More

I think opinions stem from interaction. My service representative Anthony Bridges was superb. From the intitial call he was great at presenting a diagnosis plan that was reasonable. Unfortunately my Camaro needed an engine replacement. His professionalism of obtaining a replacement engine, the out the door cost, and timing was clear and he didn’t require a parts deposit which was material. Amended estimates were timely and reasonable. It’s great when a customer is kept apprised of the status. Especially on major work. I appreciate his patience and professionalism on the repair. These type of interactions will retain and grow the dealership. I will certainly recommend it. James Olexa More
