One of the worst experience I have every had. I took my vehicle in for a oil change and to see if they tell me what was wrong with my display screen for my radio.(But for the problem with the rad I took my vehicle in for a oil change and to see if they tell me what was wrong with my display screen for my radio.(But for the problem with the radio display I would have went to Air Force Base) The radio worked. However, the screen displayed error reading on the screen. I arrived at 0900 hours and my appointment was as 0920 hrs. The service took entirely too long. I went outside looking for my vehicles at 1200 hours and discovered it was still with the technician in the bay with the hood open. I noticed the technician continuing dropping tools inside my engine and walking back and forward typing to recover said tool It seemed he could not see inside clearly. As he stayed on his tippy toes bending over the vehicle engine. He left the vehicles several time and returned and asked for help and finally was able to change the oil. I informed Cody I decided not to get the vehicle wash as it was taking too long and I had to go. I did not receive a the multi point inspection report. When The technician, Rigo Ruiz, parked my vehicle and I took the keys. (I had already paid Cody for the service) I had to removed the plastic off my seat, paper mat, and the card from my windshield before driving off at 1235 hours. More
Lack of communication I was never called with an update.
