I was disappointed in the service I received. 1st of all, I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and eventually went to Zack’s office for an update of changing the battery in my 2011 Cruze. 2nd… 1st of all, I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and eventually went to Zack’s office for an update of changing the battery in my 2011 Cruze. 2nd… I was told the current battery was out of warranty and expired and the cost of a new one. I accepted the information and gave permission to change to the battery. After discussing the event with my son n same day, he came up there and discussed why I needed a new battery. The current one was still under warranty and I should have paid only the maintenance to change the battery. Zack confirmed this and I was given a refund for the cost of new battery. I’m upset because I have brought my car up there multiple times for service and wonder how many times I was overcharged. More

Very horrible experience and poor service. Went in for an oil change with an appointment. 4 1/2 hours later I got my truck. I decided to wait for it and figure it’ll be like 2 hours max. He just said i don’t know, wait for a text. Could have at least showed some empathy or apologized for the long wait time. No point in doing an appointment if it’s going to take so long. We purchased 2 cars from this dealership and the only part that was above mediocre service, or not down right rude, was the absolute last girl we spoke with handling a service center situation. Bought a warranty from you when I purchased the truck. Exhaust hanger broke, melted wire. Nothing covered.
