Our experience with Gateway has grown worse and worse. This service visit sealed the one star review. For those who did not see our dealership review: when we bought our truck, while signing the final paperwork, the sales team at Gateway allowed a customer WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE take the vehicle we just purchased for a test drive. On that test drive the truck was scratched, and bad. We live 2 hours away but Gateway still made us come back to get it fixed. I had to take time off work to get it done because the paint guy only works 8-3 Mon through Thur. Brought it in, waited. Still can see this huge scratch. All they did was try and buff it out. We are told “that’s the best they can do”. We were told the service manager would speak to the dealership manager to see what could be done. Well, that never happened. It has been 2 weeks and Gateway has ghosted us. More
