Sales department is great easiest truck I have ever bought. I would recommend buying the vehicle there and not deal with there service department at all. I had a new OEM accessory that wasn't funct bought. I would recommend buying the vehicle there and not deal with there service department at all. I had a new OEM accessory that wasn't functional bought through the dealership. they took it back but could not refund my money they had to get authorization from their vendor. Mind you I bought it from gateway. Was promised a check the week of Thanksgiving and still have not received my refund. I even called John the manager for the service department. I also bought another OEM part that was delivered in unacceptable condition. Still have not resolved that issue either. More
Salesman Caleb B. was great but after sale experience has been poor. Needed help with a warranty issue. Good luck getting management to call you back. You get transferred to a generic voicemail, over and over. No one ever calls back. I’ve had to physically come to the dealership, multiple times, just to get someone to talk to me. I am actually waiting right now for Andre Burchette to return my call. I’m not holding my breath. As of right now, I would never buy another vehicle from Gateway Chevy Avondale AZ. More
Brakes are squeaking and was told there is nothing wrong and they will continue to squeak. If nothing wrong why are they squeaking? I’ve had my truck in 2 or 3 times for the same problem. They say they can’t replicate the problem despite me telling them EXACTLY how to do it.
