Commutation between dealership and gm needs to improve. Dealer had already called me when my part had arrived. Gm called telling me that the part was enroute, so there was some confusion there . dropped my car off for an oil change, same day after I picked up the car I got a message flashing on the dashboard "oil level low". Took the car back in the next day, was told oil was 1/4 low. Called in to order recall parts for my vehicle and was told I’d get a call when they arrived. However, I had to call in to check the status and they were in. Then when I went to schedule they couldn’t off told I’d get a call when they arrived. However, I had to call in to check the status and they were in. Then when I went to schedule they couldn’t offer a loaner vehicle stating I'd have to pay. That’s odd considering I didn’t cause the recalls on my vehicle. I was requesting a loaner because the dealership is 45-60 minutes from my home. They then advised me to just go to a closer dealership. If that’s what you call customer service. No thank you. More
