Ken Garff Gateway Chevrolet - Service Center

Took chevy 2500 in because it wouldn’t update , instead it just ran both batteries down to dead. So I needed update and 2 new batteries. Should have taken 3 hours max. Instead they kept it over night, repl it just ran both batteries down to dead. So I needed update and 2 new batteries. Should have taken 3 hours max. Instead they kept it over night, replaced one battery and didn’t do the update. Took me 45 mins at home to finally get the update done the next day, after I picked it up. More

Need to approve the check-in/drop off time especially when I have an appointment.
