I have had to take my vehicle back since I pretty much bought it for issues with emissions gas and it’s stopping in the middle of the street. They have charged me money when I believe it should’ve been co bought it for issues with emissions gas and it’s stopping in the middle of the street. I am still continuing to have issues with my vehicle, and they want more money yet again, which I cannot afford. the service department in my opinion incompetent at best. My vehicle Continues to have the same issues and I can’t keep putting money into the money pit of a car. The service department is a huge disappointment. My family has purchased 6 vesicles from Gateway and never again we are taking our business elsewhere and will be sure to spread the word so no one else goes through the same pain. More

Cody advocated for me and did an amazing job keeping me updated on my vehicle. At first I was not happy with the dealership and the answers I was getting.
