Normally have good luck at this dealership service center. 4 hours for an oil change and rotation. Poor communication, car wasn't washed at end of service. Worst interaction I have ever had at a dealership and your management sucks. Very rude and non-helpful. Basically said it was my responsibility to get the car fixed and had to use the warranty I pur your management sucks. Very rude and non-helpful.
