***Update 12/20/23*** I went back into Gateway Chevy. I happened to run into the GM Robert Revere. After a short explanation of my circumstance, Mr Revere personally walked me back to the service department and assigned me to a service advisor named Liz. Liz was very pleasant and helpful. I have upgraded my review from two stars to four since my situation is ongoing. I will revise if necessary pending the final outcome. But so far I feel that Gateway Chevy has made amends for the previous “cold shoulder” visits. Thank you Mr Revere. I appreciate your kind and professional courtesy. M. Ramos

***Update 1/5/24*** What a complete turn around. Once I connected with the GM Robert Revere, everything went so smoothly. My service advisor Liz Diaz was top notch and deserves a raise. Her follow up was amazing. I always felt informed throughout my entire service experience. Thank you Gateway Chevy team.
