came in for a free oil change (I have 3 years free oil changes for my car) & I ended up paying $130. I bought the car 2022 so I obviously still had free oil changes. The service intake Cody was doing his best to keep me informed. My car was in the shop 11 days plus. Finally GM and techs worked together to get repair done. I have had to take my vehicle back since I pretty much bought it for issues with emissions gas and it’s stopping in the middle of the street. They have charged me money when I believe it should’ve been co bought it for issues with emissions gas and it’s stopping in the middle of the street. I am still continuing to have issues with my vehicle, and they want more money yet again, which I cannot afford. the service department in my opinion incompetent at best. My vehicle Continues to have the same issues and I can’t keep putting money into the money pit of a car. The service department is a huge disappointment. My family has purchased 6 vesicles from Gateway and never again we are taking our business elsewhere and will be sure to spread the word so no one else goes through the same pain. More
