dropped my car off for an oil change, same day after I picked up the car I got a message flashing on the dashboard "oil level low". Took the car back in the next day, was told oil was 1/4 low. Called in to order recall parts for my vehicle and was told I’d get a call when they arrived. However, I had to call in to check the status and they were in. Then when I went to schedule they couldn’t off told I’d get a call when they arrived. However, I had to call in to check the status and they were in. Then when I went to schedule they couldn’t offer a loaner vehicle stating I'd have to pay. That’s odd considering I didn’t cause the recalls on my vehicle. I was requesting a loaner because the dealership is 45-60 minutes from my home. They then advised me to just go to a closer dealership. If that’s what you call customer service. No thank you. More
