Gateway Chevrolet - Service Center

Bought a used Chevrolet Silverado with many miles on the odometer. Took it home and truck started shaking and engine line came on. Took it back and they said they would get it fixed, picked it up four days odometer. Took it home and truck started shaking and engine line came on. Took it back and they said they would get it fixed, picked it up four days later and drove off, drove it less than a block and truck started shaking and engine light came on. Immediately took it back they kept it for two complete weeks and the Service Advisor said nothing was wrong with it and that they could not duplicate the shaking in the truck. I took it home and to this day the light still comes on and the truck shakes but eventually it turns off and the shaking ends. It is obvious they would not fix it since I paid cash and was bought as is even though this happened as soon as I bought it. I will take it to another dealership and rest assure they will find exactly what is wrong with it and it will cost me a pretty penny. I worked at a dealership in the same Autoplex and in the 10 years I sold cars new and used I never had an unsatisfied customer. Beware when buying used specially if you pay cash. Will never come back to this dealership. More
