Dominick was my service advisor. He made the experience amazing. He kept me informed at every step all well being kind and understanding of my needs to fix my air conditioning. While I was informed by other dealerships that just the diagnostic would take at a minimum of 2 days. Gateway and Dominick understood that I needed my vehicle back as quickly as possible. They were able to diagnose and repair it in one work day and two hours. I have been looking for a dealership that has real customer service. I finally found it.
