I took the car in for 3 things, oils change, shaking, and tire sensors out. They only looked at doing an oil change. He did say they balanced it to “fix” the shaking but it didn’t work and still charged me f tire sensors out. They only looked at doing an oil change. When I went to go pick up the car, he told me there was a recall for something with the steering wheel and he would call me the following Friday or Monday when it would get here. I called a week later and he told me that the part was not in and that he would call me when it was. I was called a couple weeks later for the recall part that had came in and to fix the original issue with shaking and tire sensors out because they didn’t do that at the first appointment. They told me what was causing the shaking but we decided to wait to fix it. They did fix the tire sensors but this appointment was made for the recall and they did not do that. After I asked why not he said they didn’t have the part but they had called me the day before and told me they got the part so I brought it in the next day because I have been waiting since February, it is now end of May. Our service advisor seem to have no interest in helping us out or what was going on with the car. More

Took my truck in for a warranty repair on the A/C system blowing hot air. They told me it was going to take two days to diagnose and another day for the repair. That being said I paid for a rental truck out of my own pocket for that anticipated timeframe. That same day they call and say it’s all fixed. Seemed to good to be true and it was. Next day A/C still blowing hot after a $1,000 condenser change (I only paid $100 for my warranty claim) I’m still sweating in my 2021 Silverado because they didn’t care to verify that the truck was completely fixed. I didn’t go to the dealer so I could get a “bandage repair” I’m a very busy contractor and do not have time for these games. More
