I made an appointment but still waited about a half hour just to turn my keys over. Service was good as far as getting an oil change and rotation. My back camera was not working so for $219 they ran a diagn just to turn my keys over. Service was good as far as getting an oil change and rotation. My back camera was not working so for $219 they ran a diagnostics and everything was good. The tech did find the wire connection under the rear bumper was bad. Adjusted the wires and secured better than the factory and assured me I shouldn’t have any more problems. Bottom line is it costs me $219 to fix a poorly wired factory job. Too bad I was 8 months out of warranty! More
