Aaaamaaazing! My visits was by far the most amazing so far. Luckily I was helped out my Miguel, who was so professional and so easy going. He made sure I was taken care of, he called me to let me know my car needed additional services and that he could fix it there and then. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was greeted by Paul who was also aaaaamazing. He set up all my paperwork, so I could be ready to be checked out. While Miguel was checking me out Paul gave me the VIP service. Paul brought my car out to the front, backed up in a parking spot, had the AC going for me so that when I got in, it would be nice and cool. They both did and amazing job with helping me out that day. I could not have been happier any other place. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy. They are gonnA be my to go guys eveytime. The only word I could use to describe both them and the service is just AMAZING! More

Took to long I took my truck in for an oil change and a tire rotation with an appointment at 11. They said it would be around 2 hours for the oil change and an hou I took my truck in for an oil change and a tire rotation with an appointment at 11. They said it would be around 2 hours for the oil change and an hour for a recall. I excepted to be done at 3 the latest. They called me at 615 to go pick up the truck. I got there an the tire rotation wasn’t done to the truck. I told them and they said you can bring it Monday to do it. They had already charged me for the tire rotation. Why not do it. More

Came in for a truck service from so called professionals Came in to get my vehicle service by the dealership itself. Only because who can take care of my vehicle better than them, right . Wrong. After the tire rotation, they didn’t put on the lug nuts cap on. So now only 2 out of the 4 are on. This is not the first time xxxx like this happens. Last time the crew left a bottle of a chemical used to clean the vehicle on the back seat where it spilled all over and stained the seat. I have tried contacting the employees who took my vehicle in for servicing for 3 days and it goes to voicemail after being transferred. What’s going on?!!!! More
