Incomplete Vehicle Service Ever since the dealership was handing down to the son of the owner the service department has gone down the hill. When I had a full detail performed on my Colorado it looked like it was a rush job, interior was not completed and the engine never was cleaned. Service Rep said it will be completed on the next oil change. I must say the body shop did a good job repainting my bumper. More
HORRIBLE customer service They recommended some services we needed and ended up taking 3 hours longer than their estimated time. awesome service A few things that stood out to me was the service department has changed their hours on Saturday's they are open longer which is great, the other thin A few things that stood out to me was the service department has changed their hours on Saturday's they are open longer which is great, the other thing was for a Saturday morning we went at 6:45 a.m. to be there as soon as we could to get our car in and out, we were not alone with that train of thought, we were maybe 3rd in line there was maybe 2 other lines but the minute those bay doors went up all you saw was the service people/advisor's greeting everyone each car good morning how can we help you today! there was a woman she was a service advisort and she was just smiling at everyone saying how are you, it was awesome! there was so many service specialist saying just doing what they need to do to take care of all the customer's and do it fast. We work directly with the same service advisor Robert Hernendez he always goes above and beyond to help us get us in and out fast. I believe in good customer service I work in the customer service industry and it's hard to come by now a day's and when you get good service I feel the person and the company need to be recognized in this case on a Saturday morning at 7 a.m. that whole service department was awesome! More
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM FOR SERVICE THIS IS A WARNI We dropped our vehicle off on a Friday for service work under warranty. We got a call Tuesday and picked up Tuesday evening and noticed the console insert is missing. Talked with Tyler our service guy and he states that the technician had no reason to take it out. Then has the nerve to ask if we are sure it was there to begin with. We had a coffee cup in the holders as well as a sprite. And those were shoved back in on top of the wires. Going on Thursday they are saying that the guy who drove it in from the parking lot said it was missing when he drove it in to get serviced. So now here we are with lying service men and no console insert for our vehicle. Its a fricken shame you can't trust the dealership to service your vehicle and have it come back with everything in tact. We will not buy from them again. More

I have had my 2016 Silverado for 4 weeks now, and out of that 4 weeks the service shop has had it 10 days and still counting, they seem to be more concerned in getting the loaner car back than fixing my truck or returning my calls. I have gotten GM involved in a resolution but is still pending. More

Great Customer Service Had a scratching in steering wheel when turning, they replaced the Airbag Coil, charge was $297, that did not fix the problem, it still scratched. The problem was the steering rack, they put a new rack in and gave me a credit of $297 for the Airbag coil against the cost of the steering rack...plus a 10% discount. First class dealership....they know how to keep a customer. Will definitely buy my next vehicle from Gateway Chevrolet. More
took my Malibu in for service After having taken my Malibu to a 3rd party mechanic shop for years I decided it was time to take it to someone who know the ins and outs of Chevy and After having taken my Malibu to a 3rd party mechanic shop for years I decided it was time to take it to someone who know the ins and outs of Chevy and thats what lead me to taking my car to the dealership. I had the best experience ever. When I picked my car up from the shop the next day it was a great feeling knowing that certified chevy mechanics had been taking care of it. Also, it turned out there were 3 MAJOR open recalls and they took care of all of them for me. My contact in the shop was Juan Martinez and after explaining to him the frustrations I've had with the 3rd party mechanic shop I had been using, he really took the time to explain to me the benefits of taking my car to the dealership to have it worked on by the people who have trained specifically to work on those cars. Its such a huge piece of mind that I think a lot of people dismiss because theres is the stigma of the dealer mechanic costing more. Turns out, thats not so true anymore. Dealership mechanics have competitive prices and then on top of that theres the piece of mind knowing the person working on your car has probably seen HUNDREDS of the same model and they know it like the back of their hand. Juan really made sure my Malibu was taken care of and we discussed future services that he recommended done in order to get another hundred thousand miles out of my car (currently clocking in at 108k) and I'm looking forward to taking it back in to Juan to get a tune up and the preventative maintenance we discussed. This was the best experience I've ever had at a mechanic shop. More
