Good customer service I took my truck in for an ac issue. Had taken it to another dealership twice before with the same issue and both times they said the either could not I took my truck in for an ac issue. Had taken it to another dealership twice before with the same issue and both times they said the either could not replicate the issue or found something minor. Took my truck to gateway and they took the time to troubleshoot and find the issue. I will be a regular customer if the service is the same everytime More

Service Tech Service tech kept telling my wife he could not find my agreement in the system. When I bought the truck last year I upgraded and paid for all the upgr Service tech kept telling my wife he could not find my agreement in the system. When I bought the truck last year I upgraded and paid for all the upgrades from free services to tires, paint and dent and extended warranties. After he finally got it right then he was trying to say I needed an alignment. I have only had the truck for less than a year and it is a 2018. You would think that it is still under warranty. On top of it my wife was being harassed by the sales guys to trade it in for a 2018. Not sure if he noticed but we have a 2018. More
