Mis Communication I was told my daughter had 2 free oil changes in a voice mail I still have. Apparently it expired at 24000 and she had 24215 miles but before he did t I was told my daughter had 2 free oil changes in a voice mail I still have. Apparently it expired at 24000 and she had 24215 miles but before he did the oil change he should have called instead of just doing it. He charged her even tho she played him the voicemail. And told her at least she got a free new battery when he told her she had a default battery on the phone. I'm never bringing my business back here. More
Great first appointment Recently moved to AZ so I had to find a new Chevy dealer for our Silverado and Malibu service. The check in process was quick and painless. Great surprise in the morning. Large and comfortable waiting area with a big screen TV. Waited about 90 minutes for a oil change/tire rotation which was completely acceptable seeing as my last dealer discouraged waiting. It was just enough time to enjoy some donuts/coffee and walk around the lot admiring all the new models. More

Replace dead battery, warranty. My Colorado battery died on my wife while out shopping and I couldn't jump it with my car. We drove my over to the dealership and asked about getting jumped, I got the 800 number to call for warranty. The guy showed up with a little jumper battery, it had to be connected a few minutes to get it to start. I drove it over to the dealership and John fit me in to get the battery replaced per my warranty. More
