Won't go BACK Had my 2014 in for a major service $1010.00 Trans, radiator coolant, Fuel injectors / rail clean, Differential, Oil and filter change & cab filter, Et Had my 2014 in for a major service $1010.00 Trans, radiator coolant, Fuel injectors / rail clean, Differential, Oil and filter change & cab filter, Etc. The hole ball of wax. Two weeks later right rear break start squealing tears up rotor turns it to a $500 rear only Brake Job. You would thing they would say something that you need to do rear brakes instead of not saying it when they did the service and are supposes to do the total safety inspection But not a word. So when I take it in for the brake problem I all so tell them theirs a recall on the power break boost censer setting and to do it as well. Then they call me and say the left motor mount is broken a $800 repair I said I'll shop it. I go to pick the truck up and there is nothing on my invoice referring to the motor mount and didn't show any thing about fixing/ doing the recall work so I asked. He tells me Oh I for got to put that down on the work order. So long story short when they are all over the truck they say nothing about the breaks and when they are do the rear breaks they see a broken motor mount. lets see working on rear breaks what the heck are the looking at the motor mounts for? and then not put it down on the invoice Wont go BACK More

My only complaint is that the car wash was down and my car was in need of one. Since it was already dusty, it was left with a myriad of fingerprints. Not a big deal but my baby would have liked a bath. More

My service experience couldn't have been better. I arrived early at the dealership and was the number 1 car in the garage at the 7am opening time. I pulled my car in and Service Advisor John Sheldon I arrived early at the dealership and was the number 1 car in the garage at the 7am opening time. I pulled my car in and Service Advisor John Sheldon was there to welcome me. I was there for an oil and filter change on my 2016 Z06. I always make sure John is the guy to take care of my service needs and he never lets me down. After I finished checking in with John, I immediately went inside and grabbed on of those great donuts available to waiting service customers. By 8am I was paying my bill and I was on my way. It was a terrific visit to Gateway Chevrolet. More

Questionable Business Practice Service Advisor utilizes a "discount" system to generate additional unauthorized services to your vehicle. When confronted, said that most customers Service Advisor utilizes a "discount" system to generate additional unauthorized services to your vehicle. When confronted, said that most customers appreciate these services being performs as they are often overlooked. They give you an estimate, then discount the bill and then spend the discount telling you that the unauthorized service was taken off the backside and looked upon as free. Do the math. I took my car in for engine work and was billed for a 4-wheel alignment that I had just done down at Discount Tire. They refunded the cost of the alignment but removed it on the bill as another "discount" thus covering up the "problem" as if it had never occurred. Just wish there was honesty and integrity across the board and no game playing. Car had to be towed back to the dealership after I was told it was "good to go". Estimate for repairs went from $1700 to $3500. I paid and removed my car from the service department after they wanted an additional $1000 to complete the job. Sent a complaint to all involved. Thought the dealer would do the job right! More
