Ridiculous wait Time. I’m new to the area and made a appointment to have my car get an oil change and serviced and it took 4 hours. I asked prior to dropping off the adviso I’m new to the area and made a appointment to have my car get an oil change and serviced and it took 4 hours. I asked prior to dropping off the advisor said an hour and a 1/2 and I was like that’s long, but whatever. After 2 hours they didn’t even bring my car in to begin. I said to the representative checking people in what’s the purpose of making an appointment if your they are going to take the people first with no appointment. More
