Brought vehicle in shortly after purchase for scheduled window tinting. When I got home, I noticed trails of residue had run down the outside of all doors and spray residue was all over the dash, console a window tinting. The service department is typically quick with getting their customers in and out within an hour and a half (scheduled appointment times). They had our car for an entire day and weren’t going to bother calling to tell us they were keeping it overnight. I called and asked for an update and was told they hadn’t had anyone look at it and when I bother calling to tell us they were keeping it overnight.
