Sales department is very helpful, as I purchased new truck this year. The service department has always been less than satisfactory, since I began bringing my old truck and my wife’s car in for routine truck this year. I continue coming back there for service because it’s convenient and I hope that something will change, but every time they continue to disappoint. I have expressed my displeasure more than once and I just get brushed off and get no response from upper management. More

Took truck in for a warranty repair and completed in the estimated time frame. I had no communication with my service advisor for the entire 4 hours I waited. No updates, no progress or lack of progress updates .. nothing. Again, disappointing. Asked me if I wanted the car washed .. said yes .. no wash. This is not a good first trip to your service. It pales in comparison to recent experiences I’ve had at other brands’ service departments in terms of listening, responsiveness and courtesy. I get it that you don’t really care. I don’t care if I ever come back. More
