My experience was not pleasant. Upon my arrival I informed the man I was in for a service on my vehicle and he asked if I purchased the vehicle maintenance plan which I confirmed. H Upon my arrival I informed the man I was in for a service on my vehicle and he asked if I purchased the vehicle maintenance plan which I confirmed. He said he would have to double check because apparently it expires (which I was not aware of) but when I scheduled my appointment I did ask the women on the phone and she confirmed I had 2 services left on my account which one would be applied the day of service. When he returned he said my plan was expired and I let him know the woman said I still had 2 available. He said unfortunately I did not and they also don’t inform the customers of when those plans expire. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager never came instead they said they would apply a coupon to lower the price. Still I wanted to speak to a manager but I was told the manager was too busy. After I left I called the dealership to speak to a manager and he was STILL too busy to take the call, never got a call back. Worse experience! Alan who was the advisor had an attitude the minute he walked over to my car and never showed intentions to help. The dealership clearly does not care about the customers! More

Waited over 2 hours for an oil change despite having an appointment. Was promised a courtesy car wash which did not happen. Seat was adjusted and not returned to original position. Cody Mills in the service department did an absolutely amazing job on my vehicle. I have an older Chevy and care for it very much being it my only form of transportation. I took it into Gateway Chev amazing job on my vehicle. I have an older Chevy and care for it very much being it my only form of transportation. I took it into Gateway Chevy service and worked with Cody Mills and the service was 10/10 kept my car in great shape, did exactly what was asked and even helped me understand whats to come! I felt very good and very confident driving my vehicle for the first week after it's major service with them. Runs better than ever! I was on my way out of town when the oil light came on. ..this was just 2weeks after having my vehicle serviced at Gateway Chevrolet so we decided to immediately change our plans return to the dealership to ..this was just 2weeks after having my vehicle serviced at Gateway Chevrolet so we decided to immediately change our plans return to the dealership to find out why the light is on by the way we had no appointment but under the circumstances we needed answers and thanks to the prompt response of the fine service manager on this day all of my fears were put to rest the vehicle was carefully taken back looked at closely to alleviate any concerns I had and my vehicle returned to me in perfect working condition. More
