They had our car for an entire day and weren’t going to bother calling to tell us they were keeping it overnight. I called and asked for an update and was told they hadn’t had anyone look at it and when I bother calling to tell us they were keeping it overnight. They missed a chip in the door. I let it go because it was small and this was the third time I was at the dealership for the repair. He found the world's smallest dent in the door. I couldn't see it. I had to feel the car to detect the tiny depression. Now I'm on the hook for the cost to repair something that was likely already on the car when I picked it up. To add insult to injury, I didn't want to take my new car home the day I bought it because it needed repairs. The sales associate was so invested in my taking the car that I capitulated because I was worried he would get a demerit for not sealing the deal. More
