Gateway Chevrolet - Service Center

Brought vehicle in shortly after purchase for scheduled window tinting. When I got home, I noticed trails of residue had run down the outside of all doors and spray residue was all over the dash, console a window tinting. The service department is typically quick with getting their customers in and out within an hour and a half (scheduled appointment times). However, I have had to wait 3 hours for my vehicle to get an oil their customers in and out within an hour and a half (scheduled appointment times). However, I have had to wait 3 hours for my vehicle to get an oil change for two appointments now. Both times I had the same service provider (Vicki). Communication was poor. More

Cody Mills in the service department did an absolutely amazing job on my vehicle. I have an older Chevy and care for it very much being it my only form of transportation.
