I dropped my car off and they kept my card for 2 days and told me they couldn’t figure out what’s wrong with it. They wanted to keep it over the weekend and still had no progress. Everytime I would call TIM told me they couldn’t figure out what’s wrong with it. They wanted to keep it over the weekend and still had no progress. Everytime I would call TIM he had answers for me. He told me they were fixing my card but they didn’t know what wrong with it ?? How can you fix something that you don’t what the issue is?? Tim just gave me the run around.and never fully answered my questions More

Not too happy with the service provided. I set an appointment for my truck to be serviced on Tuesday, September 24th and was informed Thursday, September 26th that they still haven’t service I set an appointment for my truck to be serviced on Tuesday, September 24th and was informed Thursday, September 26th that they still haven’t serviced the vehicle, but we’re hoping to have a technician work on it Friday, September 27th. Then, I was contacted on Friday, September 27th and told they still hadn’t even touched my vehicle. So, at that time I just told the Customer Service Representative that I will be in Saturday afternoon and that I no longer could wait for them to service my vehicle. I’m an Outside Sales Representative and I need my vehicle for work, so not having it for a week while it sat in the shop, not being serviced, screwed me for work. In summary, I’m completely unsatisfied with the service provided or lack of service provided. More
