They keep telling me it’s my last free oil change yet I know I’m covered for three years, they also said so need a flush done a 45000 and want to charge when I have a service plan. I waited 3. 5 hours for an oil change & tire rotation. During the rotation the mechanic broke my front hubcap and did not notify me. I brought the matter to my se 5 hours for an oil change & tire rotation. During the rotation the mechanic broke my front hubcap and did not notify me. I brought the matter to my service rep John Marino who at first was unwilling to take action. Only after pleading my case, he consulted with the service manager. The service manager agreed to replace the hubcap. As I was leaving the dealership, I notice that my tire sensors were not registering. I went to Mr Marino to address the problem. Mr Marino told me that he had no time to resolve the problem & for me to bring my vehicle back another day. I went inside & asked to speak to the service manager. I asked him if recalibration of the tire sensors were included in the tire rotation or if it was a separate service. The manager's response was yes it is included. I told him about the problem with the tire sensors. He explained to me that even after the sensors are calibrated they sometimes have to be done a second time. He asked me for my keys & then took my vehicle back to the shop. 15 minutes later I received my vehicle back in the condition that I brought it into the dealership. I understand that sometimes we can be overwhelmed at work, but I feel that as a returning customer, I deserve a better display of courtesy & professionalism then what I received from Mr Marino. I want to thank the service manager for resolving my concerns. More
