gateway, has lost me as a customer for ever. i had an appointment for an oil change at ten in the morning. Cliffs explanation was that a lot of people had just shown up when i got there, and it first come first serve even with an appointment. so dont bother making an appointment here, youll wait all day. it too 4 and a half hours for this oil chance and break fuild flush. after i got home that same week i noticed my passanger front tire was wet and there was a puddle on the floor in my driveway. they left a bleader loose and Cliff claime it had worked its way loose. A torque item worked it way loose and soaked my 35 inch tire and wheel and left a puddle on my driveway. Unbelievable. had to have it towed to the dealership at 5 PM spoke to Cliff and he said they take care of it in the morning and that he would call me once it was done. I had an appointment for 11 after speaking to the service department before hand. i waited for that call all day. at 5 PM i called to ask for an update on my truck and Cliff casually said, oh its done, come pick ip up when you're ready. i asked why i didnt get a call... he said we sent you a text, i never got a text. i don't know if this guy is just bad at his job or this dealership is just losing its service quality. who ever drove my truck in and out of the dearler left grease on my steering wheel and on the driver door kick panel. they need to do better. this kind of service is unacceptable More

I was there for some. We owe items from the dealer after purchasing the vehicle from Gateway Chevrolet. I made an appointment for the items to be installed. Once parts were verified in stock and when I showed up the service writer, Liz Diaz told me it was too late in the day and they would probably not be able to make the repairs that day. When I told her that’s not excitable since the appointment was made by them and I did not live near the dealer as I was only there for the replacement items promised during the purchase of the car, she became very rude and short with me. She said she had no idea I was scheduled that day and was only finding out about it at that time. What she didn’t know was the the employee who approached me when I pulled in asked if he could help me, when I showed him my paperwork he said yes I saw your appointment on the schedule, let me get the service writer assigned to this which was Liz Diaz. I would not recommend taking your vehicle there for repairs. More
