Ridiculously overpriced went in for an alignment and a traction control light check cost 309 dollars. Had appointment at 7 and didn’t get checked in til 7:20 am. Then I requested to wait for my vehicle but was told it would take 4-5 hours (so what’s the purpose of an appointment). I was told a Lyft would t am. Then I requested to wait for my vehicle but was told it would take 4-5 hours (so what’s the purpose of an appointment). I was told a Lyft would take and bring me back however due to previous encounters I was hesitant. Sure enough it took a hour for the Lyft to pick me up and take me back to the dealership. After making a complaint I felt I was dismissed by my advisor Trinidad (as if Chevy was doing me a favor). After arriving I had to wait 10-15 minutes before I was checked out because “someone was I front of me”. No apology was given. More
